Apparently the way Justices of the Wisconsin Supreme Court handle business is by brute force, and one Justice isn’t going to take it anymore.
On June 13, 2011, while debating Governor Scott Walker’s union legislation, Justice David Prosser allegedly put his hands around her neck during a heated exchange in the presence of other justices in the judicial chambers of Justice Ann Walsh Bradley. You read that right, one of the Justices of the Wisconsin Supreme Court literally strangled another in an attempt to get his point across.
